Designed especially for our youngest runners, the **Dash is a fun and playful 50m run for toddlers aged 2–5. **
It’s all about smiles, excitement and taking their very first steps into the world of racing in a safe and supportive environment.

The Sprint is perfect for kids aged 6–8 who are ready to run a little faster and a little further.
This 700m distance offers a fun challenge while still keeping the experience accessible and exciting for young athletes.

Created for runners aged 9–13, the KIDS Race covers 1.95km and follows a dedicated route from the Trail Kiosk to Outeniqua Stadium.
This is the only timed event within the MUT Kids programme, making it ideal for young runners ready to test themselves and experience a real race atmosphere.
