Feel the South African Spirit
Hou Bene Hou
This inspiring phrase means “legs, keep going” in Afrikaans- one of the 12 official languages of South Africa
It symbolizes strength and perseverance and is a mantra everyone has cherished from their childhood days to their adult years of competitive running.
“Hou Bene Hou” is more than just words; it’s a powerful call to embrace the journey, stay strong, and keep moving forward, inspiring runners across generations.
