Expect proper trail running at its best only like the city of the Garden Route can offer.
A brand new route for the MUT Challenge established in 2024. The route will traverse some of the beautiful indigenous forests along the base of the Outeniqua Mountains. The big climb of the day will take you all the way to the Infamous "Wall" and Tonnelbos, as seen on the ultra distance routes. The last few kilometers will include lush forest trails and the cheering point which is Trail Kiosk. Traversing under bridges in the city will lead you to the finish of what is a brutal, yet phenomenal course.
